These were a great comforting food for a cold dreary day (like today). My husband even liked them! Even though he thought it was "apple and something" muffin. But hey, who cares as long as it tastes good.
I modified this recipe a little bit. I didn't have 4 bananas so I only used 3, I toasted 1/3 cup of pecans and added them to the mix, and only used 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter instead of two. My last modification was I drizzled some honey and sprinkled cinnamon on top. Yummy!
