Summer Fitcation

Join us this summer for our first ever Stay Fit Summer Fitcation! You have an option of coming once a week for an in-person workout class plus two workouts sent to your email you can do at home, the gym, or while traveling! Workouts can be as short as 20 minutes or up to 45 minutes - your choice! Each week you will receive a video disucssing how to keep your workout regime up this summer, how to avoid dieting for good, and an occasional recipe (or two!).
